Accenture Interactive, a part of Accenture that drives sustainable growth for clients by creating meaningful Experiences, has been named a Leader in the latest research report on Asia Pacific digital experience agencies from Forrester Research Inc., leading research and global advisory firm.
Titled “The Forrester Wave: Digital Experience Agencies in the Asia Pacific, Q4 2019,” the report evaluates Accenture Interactive and 13 other vendors on 24 criteria across three categories: Current Offering, Strategy; and Market Presence martech news.
Accenture Interactive received the highest score in the Current Offering and Strategy categories. In the Strategy category, it received the highest score possible in the vision, client co-innovation strategy, partner ecosystem, and employee experience criteria.
The report states, “Clients like Accenture [Interactive]’s range of services and responsiveness to changing requirements and the quality and consistency of its work.” The report also states that Forrester likes Accenture Interactive’s strong service design capabilities that aim to help clients reinvent their business models and operations.
