ADA, the integrated digital advertising business of Axiata Digital has been merged with Branderz, the multidisciplinary creative agency based out of Phnom Penh. The martech news space features that Branderz will be seen operating under the brand of ADA, following the merger, and will also be delivering marketing services that are data-driven as well as services of business insights to brands in Cambodia.
Hubert Marchand, the country director of ADA in Cambodia will continue performing in his role while the co-founder of Branderz, Klara Grintal, will be joining ADA in Cambodia as the GM and will lead the creative and client services of ADA. As per ADA, this merging of the companies is a part of the growth strategy of the company which is laser-focused on distinctly diversifying the talent pool and offerings of the company, by hiring additional workforce and executing expansions that are planned for 2020.
Branderz was founded in 2013 and since inception has grown to be in a position of working with brands like Starbucks, Lamborghini, Chivas, Hongkong Land, and Danone, among several others.
Grintal stated that becoming a part of ADA is giving the work of the company a new meaning as well as a newer quality. Grintal further added that the company will now be able to offer more relevant creatives that are data-driven as well as content and content forms that are highly efficient and better targeted.
Marchand meanwhile stated that the agency is now even more ready to continue winning with the merger for its users in the market space of Cambodia. With the expertise in artificial intelligence and data analytics of ADA, and the integrated creative studio of Branderz that has the best of the capabilities, talents, and resources in doing so.
