AdCellerant Wins Gold Stevie® Award In 2020 Stevie Awards For Sales & Customer Service

AdCellerant was presented with a Gold Stevie® Award in the Account Management Team of the Year category in the 14th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service martech.

The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are the world’s top honors for customer service, contact center, business development, and sales professionals. The Stevie Awards organizes eight of the world’s leading business awards programs, also including the prestigious American Business Awards®  and International Business Awards®

The awards were presented to honorees during a gala banquet on Friday, February 28 at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, NV. More than 600 executives from the U.S.A. and several other nations attended martech news.

More than 2,600 nominations from organizations in 48 nations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were evaluated in this year’s competition. Winners were determined by the average scores of more than 180 professionals worldwide on seven specialized judging committees. Entries were considered in more than 90 categories for customer service and contact center achievements, including Contact Center of the Year, Award for Innovation in Customer Service, and Customer Service Department of the Year; more than 60 categories for sales and business development achievements, ranging from Senior Sales Executive of the Year to Sales Training or Business Development Executive of the Year to Sales Department of the Year; and categories to recognize new products and services and solution providers.

AdCellerant’s award-winning Account Management team prides itself on responsiveness. For this 15-person-team, the average response time to a request from one of its 350+ partners is 30 minutes, compared to other industry benchmarks of 48 minutes. This is not easy since the number of AdCellerant partners has grown 60% since January 2019. These partners send the team over 40,000 digital advertising campaigns annually. The Account Management team is responsible for servicing these campaigns and clients and is a key part of the company’s recognition as one of Inc. Magazine’s Top 5000 Fastest-Growing Companies two years running.

Since January 2019, the AdCellerant Account Management team created more than 10,000 advertising proposals for its partners. With a 25% close rate, this resulted in a 74% year-over-year revenue growth for AdCellerant, growth shared by its partners. The judges echoed the team’s success. “AdCellerant’s team, your team is on pace. Taking care of your partner by working closely to identify key success metrics and helping them grow their revenue. Providing a personalized solution is what a partner company would look for and your team is on it,” said one judge.
