ALC Announces the Addition of Glenn Eisen to its Board of Directors

Exceptional experience to guide ALC's growth

ALC, a recognized leader in 1st party data solutions and services for marketers, announced today that Glenn Eisen has joined its board of directors. “Glenn is a marketing heavyweight with an enviable track record across direct, digital and mobile marketing, technology and media companies,” says Donn Rappaport, ALC’s founder and Chairman of the Board. “We are honored and excited that he has agreed to join the ALC board.”

Eisen is an accomplished CMO whose most recent consulting and business advisory engagement is with Pandora®, the leading music-streaming platform. In the past year, he also concluded major consulting engagements with WndrCo, Viacom and AMC Networks. A 31-year marketing veteran, Eisen’s distinguished marketing career includes stints as SVP of Marketing at America Online during its growth heyday, and senior executive roles at Guthy-Renker and Vonage, both marked by significant subscriber and revenue growth.  Eisen was also the founding CMO at SlingTV, which is the leading over-the-top tv services provider, and where he was instrumental in growing revenue to $1b in less than three years.

Eisen is an adviser to the boards of ActionIQ®Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business, and MIDI-Women in Tech Network. He has served as vice chairman and treasurer of the Direct Marketing Association (DMA). He is an Effie Award winner, and in 2015 he was recognized as an Advertising Age Media Maven. Eisen received his degree from Georgetown University.

The appointment of Eisen follows the acquisition of ALC by CIP Capital last May and the appointment of Rick Erwin as CEO in October.
