Beyond Fifteen Communications, Inc. (“Beyond Fifteen”), an Orange County-based full-service public relations, digital marketing, social media and influencer marketing agency is pleased to announce the hire of new talent, including: account executive, Brooke Martin; digital marketing account executive, Nefertiti Alexander; account coordinator, Samantha Engel; and administrative assistant, Ashlee Mitchison. The firm also expanded its burgeoning client roster with the addition of 22 brands across a variety of sectors—ranging from tech, to healthcare, hospitality and consumer brands—and relaunched its company website with an all-new look and feel.

“Over the past year, our company has been able to showcase its depth and breadth by delivering stand-out work to our diverse client roster,” said Beyond Fifteen co-founder, Leslie Licano. “To achieve the success we demand for our clients, we brought on four talented team members in 2021 and have plans to welcome additional strategic and creative thinkers in the year ahead.”

Brooke Martin joined Beyond Fifteen’s thriving public relations practice as an account executive with nearly seven years of professional public relations knowledge and experience across numerous sectors, including healthcare, food and beverage, commercial real estate, IT, nonprofits and more. She specializes in media relations, copywriting and strategic communications planning and has proven her ability to deliver top-notch results to the accounts she manages.

With over seven years of digital experience, Nefertiti Alexander has worked in industries such as entertainment, non-profit, start-ups and restaurants. She specializes in social media advertising, is Google Adwords Display and Google Ads Video-certified and also has her own flourishing social media presence, which further exemplifies her digital content creator savvy.

Samantha Engel served Beyond Fifteen as an intern years ago and officially returned as an account coordinator after receiving a degree in public relations from the University of Oregon. Engel brings expertise to both the media relations and digital marketing sides of Beyond Fifteen’s business and has already proved to be a vital asset to the team. She is currently finalizing her master’s degree in professional communication.

Finally, Ashlee Mitchison holds a degree in health science and a minor in business administration from Northern Arizona University, which equipped her with in-depth understanding and knowledge across multiple fields of interest. Her leadership, team-player mentality and exceptional organizational skills have been integral to her success this year as the company’s administrative assistant.

The primary driver of these new hires was the addition of 22 distinct B2B and B2C project and retainer clients over the past year across a variety of sectors including consumer products, food and beverage, the renewable energy space and more.

“We saw tremendous growth across our business in all facets in 2021 but look forward to an even greater success in 2022,” stated Beyond Fifteen co-founder, Lauren Ellermeyer. “With an undivided focus on exceeding client expectations and delivering far more than 15 minutes of fame, we have some very exciting new business prospects already in play this year and are eager to continue our growth trajectory and produce even more high-caliber results for our expanding client base.”

Finally, the company recently unveiled an elevated website to further exemplify its full-funnel marketing expertise. “While our main goal is to garner top results for clients, we felt it was necessary to turn some attention to Beyond Fifteen’s online presence with a website refresh to convey to both our current and future clients that we understand every touchpoint of communication is crucial to a brand, even our own,” added Ellermeyer.
