Chip House onboarded by SharpSpring as its Chief Marketing Officer

The leading cloud-based marketing and sales automation platform, SharpSpring has announced that the company has welcomed Chip House, the SaaS industry veteran as the Chief Marketing Officer of the company. The martech news community welcomes the industry veteran.

Chip is a former Salesforce Marketing Cloud Executive and brings with him an experience of more than two decades to this growing SaaS firm. Chip is quite a known personality in the email marketing industry and brings with him an extensive knowledge of go to market and organizational development strategies of early to mid-stage SaaS firms in the B2B industry. Chip was the first marketing executive at the early SaaS leader, ExactTarget. He held various integral leadership roles there, in services and marketing through the acquisition of the firm by Salesforce in 2013 for $2.5 billion.

Rick Carlson, the founder, and CEO of SharpSpring stated that House brings with him a wealth of experience in marketing to the martech company. Rick added that SharpSpring has witnessed significant growth in the previous few years and is confident about the experience of Chip and the way it will pump the team as the company continues to drive its business to newer opportunities and greater heights in the next few years.

House too expressed his delight and excitement to be joining a great martech organization that has a phenomenal growth story already. He further stated that the company has all the necessary elements for becoming the preeminent marketing automation leader.
