Cloud Platform WalkMe Announces Launch of IPO

WalkMe Ltd. (“WalkMe”), a leading provider of digital adoption solutions, today announced the launch of its initial public offering of 9,250,000 of its ordinary shares. The underwriters will have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,387,500 ordinary shares at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. The initial public offering price is expected to be between $29 and $32 per share. WalkMe has applied to list its ordinary shares on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol “WKME.”

Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and Citigroup will act as lead book-running managers for the proposed offering. Wells Fargo Securities, Barclays and BMO Capital Markets will act as joint bookrunners for the proposed offering. JMP Securities, KeyBanc Capital Markets and Needham & Company will act as co-managers for the proposed offering.
