Emplifi, a top customer engagement platform, announced that Emplifi clients consistently outperform other content across social media platforms, achieving 1.5x more interactions on average. For retail brands specifically, the impact is even more pronounced, with 2x more average interactions compared to other brands.
Additionally, retail customers have amassed 1.8 billion total video views and 2.95 billion total impressions on their social channels this year alone. These efforts have driven more than 12 million total social interactions with key audiences. Alongside these social media achievements, Emplifi’s retail and CPG customers have reduced their median message response times to 2.24 hours using the company’s innovative customer care solutions.

To build on its momentum in 2024, Emplifi will introduce new features to its customer engagement platform. These include enhancing its industry-first Unified Analytics tool with AI-driven analysis and report generation.
