FMG Suite, a SaaS company specializing in cloud-based marketing software and services for financial services professionals and insurance agencies, today announced that it has completed a new funding round led by Aurora Capital Partners (“Aurora”), a leading private equity investor in enterprise software and financial technology.
This investment will enable FMG Suite’s management team to grow its market-leading position through investments in product development, sales and marketing, and add-on acquisitions.
This transaction marks the eighth investment from Aurora Equity Partners V, which has $1.2 billion in commitments. All told, Aurora has bought more than 25 software and fintech companies as part of a buy-and-build program, and it plans to accelerate FMG Suite’s growth-by-acquisition strategy. Aurora replaces K1 Investment Management as FMG Suite’s second institutional investor. Further financial details have not been disclosed.
“We could not be more excited to partner with Aurora for FMG Suite’s next chapter. This partnership will help us bring new products to market and continue to aggressively expand our footprint in the insurance and financial advisory verticals,” said FMG Suite’s CEO Scott White. “The FMG Suite team has worked hard over many years to help financial professionals grow their businesses through extraordinary marketing, and we are thrilled to have a partner in Aurora who shares our passion and vision for the future,” he added.
“FMG Suite has made solid investments in its technology and ideas and created a business model that forever changed how advisors approach marketing themselves and their firms,” said Rob Fraser, Partner at Aurora Capital Partners. “With our investment in FMG Suite, we look forward to collaborating with the successful management team to help advance the range of marketing solutions available to financial services professionals and insurance agencies.”
