Front Row Group Expands Leadership Team with Four Key Appointments

New hires strengthen leadership team to position the company for its next phase of business acceleration, enhanced service capabilities and market reach

Front Row Group, an e-commerce agency and growth accelerator providing full service marketplace management to beauty, health & wellness, and CPG brands, announced four strategic appointments to its leadership team: Michelle Lee as Chief Brand OfficerMarkus Leunig as Chief Financial Officer, Christopher Skinner as Chief Revenue Officer, and Kay Lee as Chief Technology Officer.

Following significant investments from Charlesbank Capital Partners and HighPoint Capital in 2024, these key hires and promotions signal Front Row’s continued momentum and commitment to accelerating innovation and delivering high-quality, personalized services at scale.

Michelle Lee joins Front Row as Chief Brand Officer following a storied career, including six years as Editor in Chief of Allure, where she transformed the publication into a multi-faceted brand. Most recently, she served as Netflix’s VP of Global Editorial & Publishing, leading a team of over 100 across multiple continents. Lee will be responsible for building new brand partnerships and elevating Front Row’s brand positioning and creative vision, drawing on her expertise in digital media, beauty, and lifestyle marketing.

Markus Leunig joins as Chief Financial Officer, bringing extensive experience in financial strategy and operational excellence from leadership roles at Kite, Walker Edison, and VF Corporation, where he served as Global CFO of The North Face. In his new role, Leunig will oversee financial operations, supporting Front Row’s expansion and long-term business strategy.

Christopher Skinner has been named Chief Revenue Officer. Skinner founded School House in 2015, a creative agency which later became part of Front Row in 2021. In 2023, he was named the company’s first Chief Brand Officer and Head of Creative and Marketing leading the front-end integration and new brand launch – Front Row. Now, as CRO, he will leverage over two decades of experience in the beauty and wellness industry to oversee global sales, new business development, marketing, and client value, driving Front Row’s commercial growth and client impact.

Kay Lee, Front Row’s first Chief Technology Officer, comes from Pacvue and Helium, where he led the innovation of e-commerce management and advertising systems used by thousands of brands for major retailers, including Amazon. With decades of experience in e-commerce technology, Lee will drive Front Row’s digital transformation and enhance its technological infrastructure to support brands at scale.
