Group VP and Three VPs Promoted to The Bliss Group’s Senior Leadership

Financial Services, Professional Services, Bliss Impact, and Paid Media talent expand leadership bench to drive continued innovation.

Marketing communications agency The Bliss Group announced that it promoted Meghan Busch to Group Vice President and Emma Skultety to Vice President. Their promotions follow Sarah Dougherty and Sarah Eisler’s promotions to Vice Presidents in the Professional Services and Bliss Impact practice groups, respectively, in the fall.

As Group Vice President in the Financial Services Practice Group, Meghan Busch leads integrated communications programs that combine data-driven insights with powerful storytelling to ensure client messaging reaches the right audiences through the right channels at the right time. She earned her master’s degree in corporate and public communication from Monmouth University and her bachelor’s degree in communication studies from The College of New Jersey (Honors Program).

Sarah Dougherty drives client success through strategic content and integrated marketing campaigns in the professional services sector while also leading the firm’s Learning & Development program. She received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from The University of Alabama.

Sarah Eisler develops communications campaigns for clients at the intersection of social impact and financial services. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania.

As Head of Paid Media, Emma Skultety leads full-funnel digital marketing initiatives from impactful strategy to smooth execution in-platform. Emma graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the University of Connecticut.
