Attest, a leading consumer research platform, today announces the hire of Sana Ayub, Chief Financial Officer; Anne Katrine Vestergaard Jensen, Vice President of Marketing and Ilhan Mehmet, Vice President of People.

Sana comes aboard Attest as the new CFO in the London office and brings more than 18 years of financial strategy and investment banking experience to the team. Before joining Attest, she worked with global investment banks including Merrill Lynch and most recently Barclays Capital, where she covered Leveraged Finance transactions for Technology, Media and Telecoms businesses, raising over $4 billion of funding for fast-growing businesses across EMEA. She is a qualified Chartered Management Accountant and holds a Masters in Engineering from the University of Cambridge.

Anne brings over a decade of experience to Attest and joins from the audience research company GWI where she was VP of Marketing. Previous to this, she led marketing efforts with Ancoris, Digital Reality, and Frontal. Based in the London office, Anne will bring her data-driven expertise front and center to lead Attest’s wider marketing team.

As the new head evangelist for Attest’s people and company culture, Ilhan joins with over 15 years of experience in HR. His most recent position was as Chief People Officer at MADE.com. Prior to that, he held positions at MOO, EE and T-Mobile. Also based in the London office, Ilhan will be responsible for Attest’s single most important asset – its people, who’ve already helped the company be named one of Flexa’s 100 Most Flexible Companies in the World and Europe’s fastest-growing companies in the Financial Times’ 7th Annual FT1000.

The trio joins at a time of ongoing expansion and growth for Attest. Since 2021, the headcount has increased by 20% across its London and New York operations. In 2021, it also announced a $64 million Series B funding round, with investment from Kismet, Schroders, and NEA.

Jeremy King, CEO & Founder of Attest, says: “Since announcing our Series B funding round in late 2021, the Attest team has been working tirelessly to bring the advantage of great consumer research into the hearts of more businesses. We are so excited to bring Anne, Ilhan and Sana on board to supercharge our next wave of growth both internally and externally. Welcome to the team, all!”
