Krish Kuruppath, Head of Tech
Krish Kuruppath joins Horizon as Head of Tech, bringing more than 20 years of experience in digital technology, product development, strategy, and consulting across organizations ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President at Epsilon, the leader in outcome-based marketing, where he led product strategy, enterprise platform architecture, and partner enablement for Epsilon’s Identity, Data/AI, CDP, Cleanroom, and AdTech products and solutions.
At Epsilon, Kuruppath leveraged machine learning and big data to create personalized, high-touch customer engagement at scale. He was also responsible for technical sales and delivery support for these products on select client accounts. Previously, he served as CTO of COSMOS, where he led product development and rollout of the COSMOS Customer Data Platform for retail and B2B clients while managing the data engineering, data sciences, and managed services organization supporting the SaaS offering.

Jeremy Flynn, Head of Product
Jeremy Flynn brings a proven track record of driving innovation and delivering industry-first analytics solutions to his new role as Head of Product.
Most recently, he served as the executive lead and architect behind Clear Channel Outdoor’s RADAR analytics suite, where he spearheaded the development and launch of solutions that have fundamentally changed how out-of-home advertising is measured, valued, and purchased.
Under Flynn’s leadership, RADAR introduced the first-ever OOH audience planning platform called RADARView, which empowers advertisers to leverage aggregated demographic, behavioral, and location data for smarter campaign planning.
He also delivered advanced attribution methodologies through RADARProof, enabling brands to measure the real-world impact of their campaigns across offline visitation, online engagement, product purchase, pharmaceutical script lift, and television tune-in. Flynn’s strategic vision forged partnerships that integrated RADAR data with leading analytics providers and data clean room technologies.
Prior to Clear Channel, Flynn led Operations and Analytics at ShareThis and began his career as an analyst at Morgan Stanley. Flynn recently relocated back to New York after a decade in San Francisco with his wife Katie, whom he met at Cornell University, and their two young daughters, Rowan and Whitney. Outside of work, he is a dedicated New York sports fan and theatre enthusiast who occasionally takes the stage himself.
Allan Johnston, SVP, Head of Program Management
Allan Johnston comes aboard as SVP, Head of Program Management, bringing over 15 years of agency experience from companies including Razorfish, VivaKi, and most recently as VP of Delivery at DEPT. Between his agency roles, Johnston led Delivery and Operations teams at late-stage, technology-led startups including WeWork and Sonder, providing him with valuable perspective on scaling operations in fast-moving, technology-driven organizations.
Johnston is recognized for his deep expertise in program management and execution at organizations undergoing rapid transformation. His skills will be instrumental as Horizon scales its operations and drives excellence across product and data initiatives. When not working, Johnston enjoys spending time with his family, which includes two teenage children, and working on his golf game.
