Hunch, a leading creative performance platform simplifying creative and media workflows with automation and AI, announces the appointment of Gareth O’Neill to the newly created role of Chief Business Officer.
O’Neill, a seasoned executive with over two decades of experience in scaling businesses and driving partnerships across global markets, will be responsible for leading Hunch’s growth strategy, managing strategic partnerships, and the company’s external representation as it continues its global expansion.
Reporting directly to Hunch CEO and Founder Siggi Rakovich, O’Neill joins the company during a period of rapid growth. His focus will be on driving revenue through strategic initiatives, building out investor and partner relations, and aligning Hunch’s long-term goals with its operational strategies.
O’Neill brings a rich background leading high-impact teams across EMEA and APAC, most notably and recently serving as EMEA Head of Partner Solutions at Meta. At Meta, he played a pivotal role in growing partner revenue from $200 million to over $2 billion per quarter, co-building one of its most successful global partner programs that drove $1.2 billion in revenue and reshaping the tech giant’s approach to strategic alliances.
Prior to Meta, his work ranged from start ups where he co-founded Maroon Tech and scaled its digital business to $2 million/month in three months, to senior roles and board positions at Afiniti, Microsoft, Telefonica, and RS Components, where he doubled online sales and joined the global leadership team.

O’Neill previously served as a board advisor to Hunch, helping shape its five-year vision as well as its investment and scaling strategy. His remit as CBO will include global expansion with an emphasis on Europe and North America, where Hunch has recently made strategic hires and is gaining increasing traction with key brands and advertisers.
