Today, the Business Intelligence Group named Ignite Sales’ Remote Banker Product of the Year in the 2021 Sales and Marketing Technology Awards program, also known as The Sammys. The Sammys honor organizations and products helping to solve the challenges organizations have connecting and collaborating with prospects and customers.
When the pandemic hit, bank branches around the country closed their doors. As a result, financial institutions needed a way to deeply engage with customers, develop relationships, and enroll customers or prospects in new products without their usual face-to-face contact at branches. Consequently, Ignite Sales developed the Remote Banker, a solution that enables bankers to engage with customers digitally using customized, dynamic conversation guides that discover customer financial needs and generate highly accurate account recommendations.
The Remote Banker provides conversation guides to help bankers show interest in customers, and the current unique financial situation of each, with compassion and empathy through email and phone. The on-target conversations enable bankers to understand customer needs and also recommend best-fit financial solutions for each with accuracy in real-time. The result is improved productivity from anywhere, increased brand loyalty, and successful account openings.
“We are pleased to be recognized by the Sammys for the innovative work of our team. What started as technology innovation for use during quarantine has proven to have great value post-COVID,” said George Noga, Chief Executive Officer at Ignite Sales. “Emerging from the pandemic, The Remote Banker is helping bankers re-engage with customers who are not yet comfortable visiting branches again for financial guidance and tailored product selections and gives bankers the tools to get to the heart of customers’ current needs.”
“We are proud to reward and recognize Ignite Sales for their innovation and dedication to helping both the organization using their technology and the ultimate consumer,” said Maria Jimenez, Chief Nominations Officer, Business Intelligence Group. “It was clear to our judges that their efforts will improve how we all connect with the brands we love for years to come.”
