The search experience cloud firm, Yext has announced appointing John Watton as the EMEA VP of Marketing. John who has previously been the winner of B2B Marketing’s marketer of the year will be joining the EMEA leadership team martech news.
Pertaining to this new role, John will take on the responsibility of building awareness for Yext as the answers company along with strengthening the partnerships and relationships with clients.
John will also support the company in enabling the agencies of the business to deliver work holding meaning for both prospective as well as existing customers.
John has previously worked with SAP, Microsoft, and Adobe, and has more than twenty years of experience in eCommerce Marketing and enterprise technology. Watton also takes an active part in the UK industry, having served on the Business Marketing Collective Executive Council as well as the IDM B2B Marketing Council.
At present, John is leading the organization in the communication of its response to the outbreak of the pandemic in EMEA, which makes him a crucial part of the leadership team of the company. This also ensures that he plays a significant role in maintaining relationships with the clients during these unprecedented times.
