Market Intelligence expert NetBase Quid Acquires Rival IQ

Rival IQ further strengthens NetBase Quid's position across important social media analytics segments

NetBase Quid, a global leader in AI-powered consumer and market intelligence, today announced it has acquired Rival IQ, an innovative social media analytics provider. The combination will enable NetBase Quid to expand and deepen its suite of owned and earned social media analytics and competitive benchmarking.

Rival IQ will now be known as Rival IQ, a NetBase Quid company, delivers comprehensive analytics, automated insight generation, and intelligent competitive benchmarking across every major social channel through an easy-to-use and intuitive interface. Rival IQ will expand the NetBase Quid suite to include consumer feedback capabilities with competitive benchmarking across all owned and earned channels. Rival IQ customers will continue to receive uninterrupted support and services.
