Avionos, which designs and implements digital commerce and marketing solutions, has beenrecognized by Inc. Magazine as one of the fastest-growing private companies in the United States on this year’s Inc. 5000 list, landing in the top 50% at number 2333.
Since its introduction in 1982, the annual Inc. 5000 list ranks the nation’s top 5000 fastest-growing private companies according to their three year percentage revenue growth. Avionos has been recognized for the second year in a row (coming in at number 739 in 2019), and was named number 166 in this year’s Midwest Inc. 5000 list after experiencing 900% growth since 2015 and 350% increase in employee headcount since its founding five years ago.
“It’s rewarding to see how far we’ve come as a company and how our ability to deliver the digital experiences customers demand has evolved,” said Gibson Smith, Avionos Chief People Officer and co-founder. “No one could have predicted the challenges 2020 would bring, but thanks to our team’s hard work and dedication, we’ve been able to expand our office globally and successfully establish a remote workforce while continuing to help our customers weather COVID-19.”
Founded in 2014, Avionos delivers expert strategy, experience management, integrated marketing, and commerce, sales and service enablement for clients like Kellogg’s, JLL and CSA Group. The company has also been named on the Crain’s Best Places to Work in Chicago List for three years in a row, was included on Comparably’s Best Company Culture List and is certified as a Great Place to Work.
Even during unprecedented times, this year’s been promising for Avionos due to its ability to act quickly to address market demands as proven by its Quick Start offering and recently launched managed services practice, Avionos Operate. Creative solutions like these allow the company to provide excellent service and to grow alongside its partners at an outstanding rate. The company also released its third annual B2B and B2C commerce benchmark data reports, which highlight key industry trends – the 2020 Consumer Expectations Report and the 2020 B2B Buyer Report. The data-driven analysis enables Avionos to inform its partners, customers and prospects of the technology changes affecting their businesses today.
“Our continued growth wouldn’t have been possible without the hard work from every member of our team at Avionos, as well as the clients who trust us to deliver digital solutions that help them achieve their business objectives,” said Scott Webb, CEO of Avionos. “Despite the obstacles brought on by the pandemic and the evolving business landscape, we’ve been able to quickly innovate and adapt to these circumstances due to the strength and talent of our people. To be able to grow in such a difficult time is truly a testament to them. I’m excited for what’s to come for the future of our company as we continue to grow and elevate our global and U.S. presences.”
