Martindale today launched Martindale Leads Manager, an all-new free software service that delivers real-time leads directly to an attorney’s mobile device and/or desktop computer.
On launch, the service will deliver leads sourced from an attorney’s Lawyers.com and Martindale.com Professional Profiles, from an attorney’s Martindale website, and from Martindale-Nolo’s pay-per-lead service. Additional lead sources will be added in the near future.
“The likelihood of an attorney connecting with a lead is 10 times greater during the first hour after it is submitted,” said Diana Schulz, President of Martindale. “Our new service greatly increases the likelihood that each new lead becomes a client by enabling attorneys to respond to prospective clients immediately.”
Martindale Leads Manager introduces CRM-type functionality that displays new leads, leads not yet contacted, and leads in progress, fully synced on both desktop and mobile devices. Attorneys can respond instantly via SMS text, email or phone, or they can assign leads to others at their firm. The app is compatible with all Apple and Android mobile devices.

Later this fall, leads from Avvo and Ngage Live Chat—sister companies of Martindale—will be added to the service, giving attorneys full control over all of their leads in one central location.
