Mobvista Obtains SOC2 Type 2 and SOC3 Reports

Mobvista, a leading global mobile technology company, recently obtained the SOC2 Type 2 and SOC3 reports issued by an international accounting firm.

Governed by AICPA, System and Organization Controls (SOC) reports provide users with reasonable assurance that the service organization’s system requirements were achieved based on the applicable trust services criteria. Mobvista has been issued SOC2 Type 2 and SOC3 reports, covering security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality and privacy of the Group’s related business. The evaluation period covers the period from August 16, 2021 to September 30, 2022. The report evaluated Mintegral, Mobvista’s programmatic advertising platform, XMP, a cross-channel media buying platform, and its data analytics, SaaS and cloud computing technology.

The SOC reports accurately reflect Mobvista’s dedication to providing transparent user data solutions in an increasingly privacy-first digital world. With partners across the globe, Mobvista is acutely aware of the importance of protecting the security and privacy of customer data and has made industry-leading moves to further strengthen its data security and privacy systems. In addition to the SOC reports, Mobvista has also successfully remained compliant with GDPR, CCPA, and COPPA while receiving ISO/IEC 27001 and ePrivacyseal endorsements.

“Mobvista has always regarded data security and user privacy as one of its key pillars. The mobile marketing industry is inextricably linked to data and as a global technology service provider, Mobvista puts data security at the top of the corporate development agenda,” said Sean Song, CFO of Mobvista. “Through the SOC2 and SOC3 examinations, enterprises are better equipped to meet regulatory compliance requirements and enhance customer trust.”
