Naked Lime and Reynolds Together at 25th Digital Conference

Naked Lime Marketing will have multiple representatives on hand to participate in a unique panel discussion moderated by Reynolds and Reynolds field marketing professional Wes Rohdeat the 25th Digital Dealer Conference, Oct. 16-18, at the Mirage Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas.

Rohde will lead the presentation “Fixed Ops in a Variable Economy: Profitable Processes for Service Success” on Oct. 16at 1:25 p.m. The panel will be filled by Naked Lime Product Planning Director Jay Harper, Naked Lime Account Manager Chip Molten, and Miguel Castillo, Digital Marketing director for Bert Ogden Auto Group. The 50-minute discussion will focus on simplifying the service process into a set of digitized steps to maximize consumer convenience.

“We live in a convenience economy and dealers are looking for real, tangible insights that they can implement at the store to take advantage of that fact,” said Harper.

The “convenience economy” refers to consumers’ tendency to favor companies that make the retail experience easiest for them while requiring the least from them.

“Traditionally, the service repair industry has been reactive – fulfilling the incoming requests of consumers. It has put the responsibility on the consumer to identify a need and initiate the interaction by reaching out to the repair facility,” said Harper.

“To attract more customers to your service department, you need to take the initiative to reach customers first and make their experience truly convenient,” he added. “And there’s a science behind doing that.”
