NextJen PR Celebrates One Year Anniversary

Bespoke public relations agency continues to grow its luxury travel, culinary and lifestyle brand base

Los Angeles-based NextJen PR, a public relations, social media and influencer marketing agency, celebrates the one-year anniversary of its launch today under the direction of CEO and founder Jennifer Evans Gardner. Opened in August 2020, NextJen PR began with a handful of luxury travel, culinary and lifestyle clients including Hotel Jackson, a Forbes 4-star luxury boutique hotel in Jackson Hole, The Montesano Group (a collection of restaurants including Lucky’s and Tre Lune in Montecito, Lucky’s Malibu in Los Angeles, and Joe’s Café and D’Angelo Bakery in Santa Barbara), and Messermeister, a women-owned, Ojai-based manufacturer of premium, handcrafted chef’s knives. Within a matter of months, NextJen PR has grown its collection to include the Forbes double Five-Star The Post Oak Hotel at Uptown Houston, Thompson Seattle, an Olson Kundig-designed luxury boutique hotel in downtown Seattle, Pacific Palisades-based restaurants Cinque Terre WEST and Enoteca 5 — to name a few. In the spirit of the ever-evolving PR business, NextJen PR has also created partnerships with other boutique agencies, collaborating with Ashley Felts Digital on clients such as STAY OPEN, an LA-based brand recycling unused commercial real estate into affordable POD hotels and residential properties, and with Linster Creative on Seabrook, a destination on the Washington Coast.

“I’m so grateful to have been able to launch my own agency during such a challenging year, and feel so fortunate to truly be able to focus on these incredible brands,” said Evans Gardner. “I’m more passionate than ever about telling my clients’ stories and helping them achieve their goals.”

NextJen PR specializes in media relations, social media, crisis communication and influencer relations, but also works with trusted industry partners to offer services such as branding, marketing and more.

At her former agency, Evans Gardner was a Vice President leading award-winning PR campaigns for The Peninsula Beverly Hills, Ojai Valley Inn, Mastro’s Steakhouse, Shutters On The Beach, Compartés, Paul Ferrante and Lynx Grills, among many others. She has worked with culinary personalities such as Gail Simmons, Duff Goldman and Edward Lee, along with ingredients such as Australian Black Perigord Truffles.
