“Tanner was a standout for this role very early on,” said Jesse Silva, founder and General Partner of Maddix Capital, who took a position as board member at following the Series A investment. “Like many of us at Maddix, he exhibits a relentless entrepreneurial spirit that is deeply committed to delivering results, driving innovation, and empowering individuals on his team. We chose to invest in because of its ability to elevate the customer experience while cutting support costs – two crucial KPIs that would not have been possible without Tanner’s strategic direction and involvement. We are extremely proud of the part he has played in the company’s growth and know that it will only skyrocket from here with him at the helm.”
