Punchh powers loyalty and offers for over 200 global enterprise brands, helping turn anonymous buyers into brand superfans through 1:1 personalization and data-driven, omnichannel engagement. The Spring 2021 release focuses on extended analytics and reporting capabilities for Punchh clients.

The Spring 2021 Release includes a fully redesigned view of campaign performance, available in a single panel that offers expanded visual insights, a synchronized view of metrics across campaigns, a modernized user experience, and flexible components for increased extensibility over time as new campaigns are added and deployed. In addition, the redesign includes visibility into pre & post-campaign trend lines and expanded email engagement metrics, also delivered as part of the Spring Release.

Enhancements to Journeys, Punchh’s intuitive, multi-step marketing campaign building tool, include a comprehensive diagnostics log to track and analyze campaign events, along with expanded coupon functionality that allows restaurant marketers to target guests outside of their loyalty program with journey-based email marketing.

In a continued commitment to help Punchh clients protect the financial health and future success of their loyalty programs, the Spring 2021 Release features new, out-of-the-box Liability and Activity Reporting functionality that allows corporate marketers and finance teams to better estimate and track loyalty redemptions over time, offering a clear picture of their outstanding program liability. In doing so, they can more easily protect against fraud while making agile adjustments that balance cost without compromising the customer loyalty experience.

Lastly, to assist brands in building an increasingly detailed customer database, Punchh introduced an outbound data adaptor between the Punchh platform and the client’s CDP. This integration allows virtually any Punchh user data field to be exported to the customer data platform in real-time. User data can then be segmented to create highly targeted and personalized marketing campaigns.
