The number one ABM platform, as rated by customers, Terminus has announced the acquisition of an account-based conversation solutions provider leader, Ramble. This merger would mean enablement to users for deploying account-based chats in real-time across the entire journey of a customer automatically within the platform of Terminus which will be powered by the account intelligence of Terminus.

After this acquisition, the on-page website personalization capabilities will be launched along with the acquisition of Sigstr, the email marketing solution by Terminus. All this will make Terminus the most complete B2B platform for marketing.

Tim Kopp, the CEO of Terminus stated that having a native chat solution will prove to be a game-changer for the customers of the company who will be helped to drive full-funnel engagement by the company. The industry is halfway through a major shift and there is demand from the marketers for all-in-one platforms over several best integrations because there is only so much that integrations can do. Ramble’s onboarding would translate into customers’ ability to engage personally the target audiences irrelevant of the stage of the funnel.

The addition of Ramble will enable customers to add on-page chat options, instant routing of conversations, the ability for support to engage with visitors directly, chatbots, and workflows providing data collection and lead qualification autonomously and to connect marketing activities to sales.

Both the companies express pleasure and delight in joining their forces and believe that this will result in the building of the most robust suite for marketing in the B2B is a strong product fit as well as a natural culture fit for both the companies.

The employees of Ramble now become the employees of Terminus and Justin MacDonald the CEO of Ramble will join the leadership team of Terminus.
