Reveille Launches Microsoft Defender ATP Integration for Content Security at Microsoft Ignite

Company to showcase new content security integration to detect and investigate suspicious user activity at the conference

Reveille, a provider of active insight solutions for ECM and EIM content, today announced the company will showcase their new integration with Microsoft Defender Advanced Threat Protection (ATP) in Booth #2439 at the Microsoft Ignite Conference, November 4-8 at the Orange County Convention Centre in Orlando.

Reveille will introduce their API level integration with Microsoft Defender Advanced Threat Protection (ATP) to detect, speed investigation of and reduce the impact of a content breach at the conference. Reveille will also be demonstrating their powerful, purpose-built monitoring and performance solution that provides visibility and control over SharePoint, Office 365 SharePoint Online, and OneDrive application content. The solution’s specialized monitoring of ECM and CSP applications goes well beyond general-purpose monitoring, providing context and detailed insight into the performance, adoption, planning, user behavior, security and audit of customer business-critical content stacks. martech

“Cyberattacks and insider threats are at an all-time high. Traditional solutions and approaches to IR and forensics do not provide visibility into content usage at the application level leaving blind spots that can allow content breaches to go undiscovered,” said Bob Estes, CEO, Reveille. “Our new API integration with Microsoft Defender ATP provides the ability to understand how the user relates to business application to flag and investigate suspicious activity, and terminate access, isolate the device and disable the user if warranted to reduce the impact of a content breach.”

Key Capabilities of the Microsoft Defender ATP Integration include:

  • Automatically creates alerts in Microsoft Defender ATP if users are improperly accessing documents or an irregular login pattern is detected.
  • Accelerates response time by initiating investigative workflows when suspicious activity is detected.
  • Instruct Microsoft Defender ATP to restrict user application access or isolates user machine from the Windows domain.
  • Conditionally or automatically removes user access to the ECM or CSP application.
  • Generates evidenced-based reports demonstrating compliance for audit requests

Reveille gives hundreds of customers unparalleled visibility into their content applications including Microsoft, IBM, OpenText, Box and Kofax.
