ReviMedia Group, parent company to PX Inc., the leading marketing technology platform to automate and manage customer acquisition, today announced that it had sold its affiliate marketing network business to MokumAds, a Netherlands based company. The divestment will enable the company to focus solely upon the growth of PX, its platform business that has grown significantly since its launch in September 2018.
“We had been operating two separate entities, and the affiliate business just was not core to our strategy of building out a transparent marketplace,” said Frans van Hulle, co-founder and CEO of ReviMedia Group. “This gives us the chance to dedicate all our efforts to PX and the unique solutions that it provides to brands and publishers.”
All assets of ReviMedia’s affiliate network will now be operated by MokumAds in Amsterdam. The ReviMedia brand name will, however, remain with ReviMedia Group.
“We’ve been active in mobile content for some time, and the ReviMedia network is a great opportunity for us to expand our business,” said Marc de Groot, co-Founder of MokumAds. “We’re very excited and quite confident that we can grow their existing partnerships under the MokumAds name.”
