Rock Content Extends Global Footprint by Acquiring ScribbleLive

Acquisition provides Rock customers with complete Content Marketing solution, adds premium visual, video, and interactive content to portfolio.

Martech Rock Content announced today its acquisition of North American-based Scribble Technologies, Inc. (ScribbleLive). As part of the transaction, Rock Content adds the brands ion interactive and Visual.ly to its existing portfolio of content marketing offerings. The expanded global business now serves over 2,000 customers across Brazil, Mexico, United States, Canada, Australia, and Europe and employs over 500 people in six offices Martech News.

Rock Content, founded in 2013, helps brands, marketers, and agencies to grow their online visibility and succeed at content marketing. The company has a global talent network, composed of more than 80,000 creative professionals and has certified over 200,000 professionals in content marketing through its Rock University training programs. In addition to being profitable and having a proven track record of capital-efficient, organic revenue growth, Rock Content is one of the largest online marketing websites globally with nearly four million website visits each month.
