The Worldcom Public Relations Group (Worldcom), the leading global partnership of independent public relations firms announced today that it continues to build out its network with three of its existing U.S. partners, adding four new satellite offices. Partners expanding their Worldcom footprint include Padilla in San Francisco, CA; Raffetto Herman Strategic Communications in Washington D.C.; and RLF Communications in Charlotte and Raleigh, NC.

“Growth from within is a benchmark we take great pride in as it validates the value and benefits gained for partnership in Worldcom, and the addition of these offices is important to our organizational growth but also evidence of how our partner agencies are thriving and growing,” said Stephanie Paul, Managing Director, Phillips Group (Brisbane, Australia), and Worldcom’s Global Recruitment Chair. “Our agency partners benefit tremendously from supporting each other with knowledge sharing, existing client support, and collaborating on new business opportunities. These new partner offices extend both important geographic reach and industry expertise that only strengthens the reach and scope of our global partnership.”

Padilla, headquartered in Minneapolis, MN, has been a Worldcom, partner since 1988. “As a founding partner in The Worldcom Public Relations Group, we are true believers in the importance of having a strong presence in key markets around the world. Our Minneapolis and New York offices have been part of Worldcom since the beginning, and we’re thrilled to add our San Francisco office as a Worldcom partner office in the Bay Area,” said Matt Kucharski, President, Padilla.

RLF has been a Worldcom partner since 2010 and is based in Greensboro, NC. Their Raleigh and Charlotte offices fill important needs in two markets that are seeing huge growth in industries like technology and finance. RLF’s President and CEO, Monty Hagler, is serving his second term as chair of the North American Region and is excited about bringing these two additional partner offices to the partnership.

Raffetto Herman Strategic Communications joined Worldcom in 2019 with their Seattle, WA office. The addition of their Washington, D.C. office will fill a crucial need in supporting political affairs communications. “The U.S. federal government is a market maker, choosing winners and losers through legislation, regulation, and billions in spending across all sectors of the economy,” said John Raffetto, CEO and co-founder of Raffetto Herman Strategic Communications. “RH Strategic’s Washington, D.C. office has been connecting clients with decision-makers and influencers for more than 15 years through public affairs campaigns and public sector marketing programs. We look forward to supporting our U.S. and global partners in Worldcom as they help their clients navigate this essential marketplace of ideas, issues, and spending.”

Adding partner satellite offices enables Worldcom to expand its partnership and amplify coverage through existing partners, understanding these agencies’ ability to meet the standards of trust and collaboration that have defined The Worldcom Public Relations Group since its founding in 1988. “#WorldcomStrong is about sharing and supporting each other while honoring the entrepreneurial spirit of independent agencies,” said Todd Lynch, Worldcom’s Managing Director. “Our partners, each excellent in their own right, elevate each other, their practices and service to their clients, and this growth is indicative of that professional exchange.”
