Edge of Now (EON), the premier event focused on the adoption of applied AI at scale, announces its lineup of AI tech pioneers to speak at its third annual event on September 30 – October 1, at the Alila Marea Beach Resort in Encinitas, California.
This year, EON 2024 will explore the theme of AI@Work, with speakers and attendees discussing actionable strategies for deploying AI to drive innovation and productivity across the global economy. Sold out for the past two years, EON stands out as a dynamic un-conference for collaboration and the exchange of ideas, setting the stage for the future of enterprise AI.
The confirmed speakers include the following leaders in AI:
- Scott Komar, SVP of Global R&D at Driscoll’s, will discuss applying AI and automation in agriculture.
- Doug Fidaleo, Director of Disney Research Imagineering at The Walt Disney Company-Walt Disney Imagineering, will demo a presentation on robotics.
- Manuela Veloso, Head of AI Research at JPMorganChase and Herbert A. Simon University Professor Emerita at Carnegie Mellon University, will discuss AI applications in financial services.
- Rodney Brooks, Founder and CTO of Robust.AI, will deliver a keynote on the transformative role of AI in augmenting human capabilities and revolutionizing industries.
