TOTUS Welcomes Eric Thiegs as SVP of Strategic Partnerships

Thiegs brings 24 years of experience in the payments, loyalty, and stored value industries to TOTUS.

TOTUS Gift Card Management, a rapidly growing company chartered to provide gift card issuance and comprehensive program management solutions for brands, has named Eric Thiegs as Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships. Thiegs brings 24 years of experience in the payments, loyalty, and stored value industries as an entrepreneurial leader whose partnerships have helped scores of brands, hundreds of organizations, and 100+ million North American consumers receive incentives, rewards, and promotions across the coupon, digital currency, and gift card mediums.

Prior to joining the TOTUS team, Thiegs formally served as the CRO for NGC (National Gift Card) and as one of its Partners on the board. Over his eight-year tenure, he oversaw the growth of the business by 420%+ to ~$1 billion+ in physical and digital gift card activations, which were distributed through NGC’s B2B gift card API and fulfillment services to the largest loyalty, reward, and incentive programs/platforms in the US. Most recently, after NGC’s acquisition by Blackhawk Network in 2020, Thiegs joined Flexa, the world’s first pure digital currency payments network, as its Head of Partnerships.
