Jill Alingod, Vice President of Customer Experience, brings a wealth of experience in managing large-scale operations, driving shareholder value and improving employee and customer satisfaction. In her 21 years in the industry, she has held various roles in general management (training, quality and operations), account management, sales solutions, business development and overall strategy. She is a global leader who spearheaded operations in the Philippines, the United States, Mexico, Colombia, the United Kingdom, Ireland and Spain. Jill has managed a diverse portfolio of customers in numerous industries including financial services, telecom and cable communications, technical services, retail, travel and hospitality and healthcare. She is based in Manila, Philippines.
Armando Castro rose through the ranks to his new position as Vice President of Business Development following a 22-year career at VXI in a variety of strategic roles. He started as a team leader in 1998 to launch VXI’s first account. In 2003, he executed VXI’s expansion plan to the Philippines building to the company’s first 1,200 employees in the country. He has led VXI’s North American growth in operations, client services and talent acquisition. His diverse background and experience give him a unique advantage in understanding clients’ pain points and VXI’s ability to provide solutions martech. He is committed to delivering breakthrough outcomes by differentiating and personalizing experiences across the customer lifecycle to improve the quality of engagements and build loyalty. Armando holds a bachelor’s degree in management and a master’s degree in business administration. He resides in Cincinnati, OH.
Mason Jones, Vice President of Business Development, joins VXI from TaskUs where he was Vice President of Business Development overseeing the high-tech vertical for more than two years. Prior to TaskUs, Mason spent 11 years in sales with Sutherland Global Services and four years with Convergys. Mason attended the University of Colorado at Boulder and has lived in Boulder, CO, for 30 years.
Peter Mullen joins the team as Vice President of Marketing. Based in Silicon Valley, Peter is a senior marketing and communications leader with more than 20 years of success accelerating global corporate growth from startup to enterprise at companies such as Comcast, Netflix, PowerCloud, Arc Capital Development and multiple successful startups. He is a book author, a frequent industry speaker, startup advisor and nonprofit board member.
