programmatic display advertising

XLMedia PLC, a digital performance marketing services company, has announced that it intends to save USD5 million by laying off employees and moving towards automation and outsourcing.

Stuart Simms, CEO of XLMedia said that he joined XLMedia with the clear intention to orientate the Company towards a balanced portfolio of premium branded sites, in verticals and markets that deliver sustainable revenue growth. To support this transformation, they have been working diligently to augment their leadership team and operating structure, as well as to right-size the resources required for their business to operate most efficiently. Their transformation plan continues to gather momentum, and Stuart is pleased to share their progress with all of their major stakeholders, alongside welcoming new talent to the business.

There have been changes at the top management as well, Sarah Clark, Chief Transformation Officer has now become Chief Operational Officer full time after joining the organization in February. Having most recently been CTO for News International, Xen Lategan has been appointed as an interim technology consultant.
