Acxiom appoints new Chief Commercial Officer for Acxiom EMEA


Acxiom, the global leader in customer intelligence at the forefront of AI-enabled, data-driven marketing, is pleased to announce the appointment of Alex Pym as the new regional leader for EMEA.

Operating as Chief Commercial Officer, EMEA, Alex will be responsible for driving the next stage of customer and business success in the region. Alex joins from fellow IPG agency, Huge, where he has previously operated with a similar remit as President, EMEA, as well as most recently serving as Global Chief Growth Officer. With an array of consulting and agency leadership experience in future-focused companies, Alex is a progressive business leader, offering expertise across strategy, digital transformation, client partnership and business development, and a sterling track record in delivering commercial success.

Prior to his seven years at Huge, Alex led strategic growth at Sapient in the UK, as well as managing client services and business development at creativebrief, a digital-first marketing consultancy. Having partnered with some of the world’s biggest brands in creating industry leading customer experiences, including Google, LEGO, McDonald’s and LVMH, as well as fast-growing innovative European brands such as On Running and Nothing, he is well-versed in both the complexity and opportunities that exist at the intersection of consumers, brands and technology.
