Bounteous, the digital innovation partner of the world’s most ambitious brands, today announced the expansion of its leadership team with the addition of two new Senior Vice Presidents, highlighting the firm’s commitment to its clients in the Finance and Consumer verticals.

Mike Swartz, formerly the Managing Director of Client Strategy and Growth at Accenture Song, has been appointed as the SVP, Business Development (Consumer) at Bounteous to help develop client solutions in the retail, travel & hospitality, and consumer goods industries. With a distinguished track record delivering innovative, data-driven, and technology-enabled experiences that build brands, his expertise in steering senior teams towards strategic growth will further reinforce Bounteous’ position as a leader in the digital innovation space.

Ronak Desai, transitioning from his role as Head of Sales in Banking and Financial Services at Sutherland, has been named SVP, Business Development (Finance). Prior to Sutherland, Desai spent over a decade at Cognizant helping financial services organizations embrace the true power of digital. In his new role, Desai will be responsible for helping Bounteous deliver exceptional value to financial clients through its tailored digital transformation solutions, designed to solve the industry’s unique challenges.

“These new appointments strengthen our industry consulting capabilities,” said Keith Schwartz, CEO of Bounteous. “Swartz and Desai bring a wealth of experience in their respective fields and both exemplify the dedication to innovation and superior customer experience that defines the Bounteous team as a whole.”

The news comes as Bounteous continues to expand its capabilities and teams dedicated to solving digital transformation needs for the Healthcare, Financial, Consumer, and Restaurant industries. This year Bounteous was one of just five providers to be included in three Forrester research reports: “The Loyalty Services Providers Landscape, Q3 2023,” “The Commerce Services Landscape, Q3 2023,” and “The Digital Transformation Services Landscape, Q3 2023.”
