Dreamday named to Inc.’s Second Annual Power Partner Awards

Award highlights B2B partners that support startups across all business functions and empower growth

Inc. Business Media today announced the second annual Power Partner Awards, honoring B2B organizations across the globe that have proven track records supporting entrepreneurs and helping startups grow. The list recognizes 389 firms in marketing and advertising, health and wellness, financial services, legal, logistics, public relations, and productivity, as well as other areas of business, and included Dreamday, the first-of-its-kind and award-winning Performance PR agency representing coveted category-defining brands.

All 389 companies received top marks from clients for being instrumental in helping leadership navigate the dynamic world of startups. These B2B partners support entrepreneurs across various facets of the business, including hiring, compliance, infrastructure development, cloud migration, fundraising, etc., allowing founders to focus on their core missions.

“Trusted B2B partners provide guidance and expertise that founders rely on at various steps of their organization’s journey. Partners that possess a demonstrated ability to deliver quality support are at the core of entrepreneurship and help bring big ideas to life,” says Scott Omelianuk, editor-in-chief of Inc. Business Media.

Dreamday Founder and CEO Lauren Kleinman expressed, “My goal when founding Dreamday was to build an innovative agency like no other to meet the modern needs of brands. We coined the term “Performance PR” to serve that need and help grow both our client’s notoriety as well as their bottom line. I’m honored to have the opportunity to work alongside our inspiring founders, who are, like Dreamday, paving the way in their respective industries.”

Dreamday is extremely purposeful with each brand they add to their highly selective client roster. In 2023 alone, Dreamday added notable clients, including Act + Acre, HUM Nutrition, FabFitFun, and Artifact Uprising, while retaining legacy clients Brightland, Fly By Jing, and Girlfriend Collective. Unlike traditional PR agencies, whose results are typically unmeasurable, Dreamday applies affiliate data to press to optimize and deepen media and publisher relationships, inform pitching strategies, and provide tangible data like traffic and revenue driven by press back to brands. This model simplifies the brand’s communication strategy by eliminating the need to hire both a PR and an affiliate agency – who not only compete against each other for press but also double up on outreach which is counterproductive, a waste of resources, and a bother to editors and publishers.

In 2023, Dreamday was named to Inc. Magazine’s annual Best Workplaces list, which is a testament to the positive culture Lauren and her team have cultivated and continued to invest in. In addition, Lauren was named to Inc.’s Female Founder 200 List in 2023. Dreamday was also named to PR Net’s 2023 Next Gen Awards as Consumer Goods Agency of the Year.
