3dcart, a leading eCommerce platform, announced today that they are partnering with Smartarget to help their websites boost their profits by using apps designed to increase user engagement. Merchants with 3dcart stores will now be able to integrate with Smartarget’s technology, which allows them to contact merchants within popular instant messaging applications.
