Global ecommerce risk prevention leader ClearSale (www.clear.sale) has been again honored with inclusion in the Women Impact Tech 100 list. In its second year and coinciding with International Women’s Day, the award recognizes the top 100 standout organizations driving inclusion and equality in the technology industry.

ClearSale, known as an innovator in ecommerce data intelligence and risk prevention for markets worldwide, has a long history of focusing on equity and inclusion across the organization. From technology roles and skilled fraud analysts to leadership, embracing diversity has positioned ClearSale as both a global technology leader as well as a positive cultural powerhouse.

Those included on the Women Impact Tech 100 list are chosen from thousands of companies in the technology space. The selection process involves extensive research that includes the compilation of public employee reviews of workplace culture for women and underrepresented groups, an assessment of company benefits and perks, and an assessment of an organization’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programs. The intentionality of DEI efforts in hiring for open IT and tech positions is also considered.

“These top 100 companies are leaders in DEI practices, empowering women to not only have meaningful careers, but offering a culture where women can thrive,” says Women Impact Tech Owner & President Paula Bratcher Ratliff. “Those honored on the Women Impact Tech 100 list are demonstratively creating an inclusive, equitable future of work.”

“We frequently say that our team is our most valuable asset,” said Sarah Zilenovski, Senior Director, Growth Strategy at ClearSale. “Part of that value comes from having different backgrounds, with differing interests, and differing perspectives. As a global company, we’re inherently diverse, but keeping DEI initiatives front and center strengthens our teams, our industry, and our ability to innovate. We’re intensely proud of the women who are part of ClearSale’s success, and pleased to be recognized for our inclusion programs by the Women Impact Tech awards.”
