EXTE appoints Matthew Doherty as CEO for North America

After five and a half years as Senior Vice President of Sales at Teads, Matthew Doherty embarks on a new chapter as the CEO of EXTE in North America. The move comes at a crucial moment for the company as it progresses its international expansion.

EXTE, the global adtech platform that provides end-to-end creative, media and targeting solutions for the open web, continues to strengthen its international expansion with the appointment of industry veteran Matthew Doherty,  who joins EXTE to spearhead the growth of the business in the U.S. and Canada. 

With a presence in 15 countries worldwide, EXTE assists advertisers and publishers in identifying and reaching specific audiences, providing the most suitable personalized messages that capture consumer attention and inspire action through display, video, rich media, native, branded content and CTV formats.

In his new role, Doherty will assume responsibility for the company’s commercial, strategic, and organizational strategy in the region.

With over 16 years of industry experience, Matthew Doherty has become one of ad tech’s leading professionals with a proven track record of success. For the last six years, he has held the position of Senior Vice President at Teads. Prior to this, Matthew held commercial leadership positions at Adobe and TubeMogul where he was responsible for developing and scaling multimillion dollar businesses . Matthew has also successfully founded and launched several companies including Alchemy Media Partners in 2008, and the Non Profit Silicon Alley Foundation in 2015.
