The 2022 Midmarket Customer Relationship Management Software Gold Medalists are as follows:

  • Zoho CRM, 8.7 CS, ranked high for lead management.
  • Pipeliner CRM, 8.6 CS, ranked high for ease of data integration.
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud Professional, 8.5 CS, ranked high for sales management.
  • SugarCRM, 8.4 CS, ranked high for account and contact management.
  • Sage CRM, 8.4 CS, ranked high for ease of implementation.
