SolarWinds, a leading provider of simple, powerful, secure observability and IT management software, announced it will host its annual Americas Partner Summit 2024 in Miami April 8–10, 2024. The event is part of the SolarWinds Transform Partner Summit series hosted by the company across Europe, Asia, and the Americas as an opportunity for its global partners to network, learn, and celebrate their successes alongside SolarWinds.

At the summits, SolarWinds will introduce its latest initiatives, programs, and incentives designed to create greater opportunities for shared growth between the company and its valued global channel partners. The event will build on the SolarWinds Transform Partner Program, which enables the company’s industry-leading technology partners to better support their customers’ digital transformation and innovation efforts. This year, the company is also inviting public sector partners to the summit and will host a dedicated public sector session on Tuesday, April 9.

With the adoption of hybrid and multi-cloud digital strategies, IT environments have become more complex to migrate, monitor, and manage. The SolarWinds Transform Partner Program was designed to create greater opportunities for shared growth by making it more straightforward for partners to offer customers its world-class technology solutions, including comprehensive full-stack observability powered by AIOps, database, service management, security, and automation capabilities. SolarWinds recently announced enhancements to the partner program—including new revenue opportunities, benefits, and flexibility in achieving targets—to help partners better support the digital transformation and innovation efforts of their customers.

“IT complexity is compounded by limited resources, time constraints, and escalating workloads—and presents unprecedented obstacles. Yet, our partners possess an unparalleled understanding of these challenges,” said Brian Goldfarb, chief marketing officer at SolarWinds. “Working in lockstep with our partners has always been vital to our success at SolarWinds. We look forward to collaborative discussions on how we can best address the unique needs of our shared customers—and put the right tools in their hands more effectively and seamlessly.”

During the 2024 Americas Partner Summit, SolarWinds will highlight the latest product innovations in its observability, IT service management, and database offerings designed to help customers meet modern IT challenges. The summit will provide channel partners with an opportunity to learn more about how AIOps and machine learning capabilities in SolarWinds® solutions enable customers to navigate today’s IT complexities. The event will also celebrate partners’ achievements during the annual partner awards ceremony.

An executive plenary session led by the SolarWinds leadership team will include keynote presentations on the strategy and focus on channel business in 2024, with speakers including:
