  2. Marketing Cloud Journey Creation: Build Journeys based on client criteria. Journeys can be driven by Automations, API calls, SmartCapture forms or Sales/Service Cloud data.
  3. Marketing Cloud Connect Setup for Salesforce:For the setup of SF Marketing Cloud when a new instance of Marketing Cloud is added to a new or existing instance of Sales/Service Cloud
  4. Sales/Service Cloud Triggered Sends Setup for SFMC: Includes Apex trigger framework installation and creation of AMPScript code for triggered emails to be sent from the Marketing Cloud after being triggered in Sales/Service Cloud.

Once a playbook is purchased, customers will connect with the Certified Freelance Consultant who will implement or optimize Marketing Cloud in a transparent way and deliver the exact solutions the business needs. All deliverables, timelines, and costs are easily understood through the playbooks before purchase.
