Seismic, the industry-leading sales enablement platform provider, today announced it has been named to Forbes’ list of America’s Best Startup Employers 2021. This prestigious award is presented by Forbes and Statista Inc., the world-leading statistics portal and industry ranking provider. It’s the second time Seismic has been named to the list, which recognizes the most dynamic, innovative and stable startups to work for in the United States.

America’s Best Startup Employers were selected based upon a methodology for evaluating employer excellence in three ways:

  • Employee Satisfaction: Extensive research was conducted on ‘Average Length of Employment’ and ‘Online Employer Reviews.’
  • Employer Reputation: Company-specific information was algorithmically extracted from social media channels such as news sites, micro-blogs, blogs, and social networks.
  • Company Growth: Comprehensive evaluations of ‘Website Traffic,’ ‘Headcount Growth Rates,’ and ‘Industry-Referenced Job Openings.’

“Thank you to Forbes and Statista for this recognition of Seismic as a top startup employer for the second year in a row,” said Nicole McGuire, Vice President of People Operations, Seismic. “I especially want to thank our employees who have maintained and even strengthened Seismic’s culture during the past year while we have all been working from home. I am looking forward to the day we can all be together again in person.”

During its past fiscal year, Seismic grew by more than 200 employees globally and developed a fully digital onboarding program to ensure new hires receive a best-in-class onboarding experience while working remotely. The company also expanded its leadership bench, including key hires Krish Mantripragada, Chief Product Officer, Heather Cole, Vice President, Market Growth, and Donna DeBerry, Vice President, Inclusion.

To be considered for Forbes’ and Statista’s ranking, employers need to have a headquarters in the United States and founded between 2011 and 2018. The detailed evaluation of 2,500 employers was narrowed down to the final list of the top 500 companies based on over 7 million data points.

Seismic is actively hiring across all departments and regions of the organization. For information on current career opportunities at Seismic, please visit seismic.com/company/careers.
