Allegrow announces raising of £400k to further develop its sales automation software

Allegrow, a Newcastle tech startup has announced the raising of £400k in a funding round. Allegrow has software that supports the sales team in finding and closing new leads. Allegrow will be seen using these funds for further developing its sales automation product. It will also use this funding to expand the team of the company.

The company has secured this investment from the North East Venture Fund (NEVF). This fund is supported by the European Regional Development Fund and is managed by Mercia. It also received investment from the EIS funds of Mercia along with quite a number of private investors.
Allegrow offers a sales automation platform solution for business to business organizations, where the top priority is to generate new opportunities martech news.

This platform gets the sales representatives in touch with the integral decision-makers in the industries they have targeted through the company’s data-driven outreach. This means that the platform allows the representatives to attract more leads as well as book a greater number of meetings.

Allegrow was founded in 2019 but was previously known as Direct Software. The founders are two brothers, Ruari Baker and Kieran Baker, who had come up with the idea of starting Allegrow while working for a rapidly growing online subscription startup.

Allegrow shows potential further ahead and might also dramatically eliminate repetitive processes in sales which will enable the organizations to turn cold leads into legit customers.
