Today the organization announces the appointments of Christopher Clement as Vice President of Strategic Partnerships and Giorgia Favaretto-Illig as Vice President of Marketing.

Clement will oversee the OEM team as well as the relationship management among all dealer partners. He is responsible for supervising all business development activities.

Favaretto-Illig will oversee the brand, digital and event marketing teams as well as the marketing operations and demand generation teams. She will collaborate closely with the product, sales and dealer relations teams to ensure the Mastermind brand and messaging is cohesively represented across channels and the industry.

Clement’s career has focused on sales strategies, business development, strategic marketing and account management in a variety of companies, including several Fortune 500 companies such as Marriott. His extensive sales experience, that spans over a decade in hospitality, is apparent in his customer experience philosophies.
