DemandScience Expands Leadership to Scale Precision AI Marketing

DemandScience, a global leader in Precision Performance Marketing, today announced two additions to its leadership team: Aislinn Wright has joined the company as senior vice president of product management, and Adam Kocoloski has been appointed to DemandScience’s board of directors.

“In 2025, DemandScience announced a suite of AI-powered B2B marketing solutions designed to help marketers end the marketing data mirage created by phantom signals, disconnected platforms, and generic content that derail marketing campaigns,” said Derek Schoettle, CEO of DemandScience. “As AI continues to accelerate the pace of change in B2B marketing, our team is committed to delivering outsized value for global B2B marketing leaders and their teams. I’m confident Aislinn and Adam will contribute significantly to building best-in-class Precision Performance Marketing capabilities that enable marketers to drive revenue.”

Wright and Kocoloski  are joining DemandScience during a time of significant growth for the company. More than 900 leading B2B companies, from global enterprises to emerging brands, are now using DemandScience. In 2025, the company launched a new set of Precision Performance Marketing offerings, including AI-powered intelligent orchestration and expert services. Soon after, DemandScience announced that its customer growth and product capabilities earned it top ranking in the G2® Winter 2026 Reports. Building on this momentum, DemandScience is strengthening its leadership team to support its next phase of expansion.

Aislinn Wright, Senior Vice President of Product Management

Wright brings more than a decade of experience leading cloud and data platform products. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Product Management at EDB, where she helped guide the company through rapid growth and transformation while building and scaling enterprise-grade cloud offerings. Earlier in her career, Aislinn held a series of product leadership roles at IBM, including managing Db2 Warehouse on Cloud and IBM Cloud Databases. She holds an MBA from Babson College and a bachelor’s degree from Hamilton College.

“I joined DemandScience because the challenges marketers face today require a fundamentally new approach to data and execution,” said Wright. “As the pace of change in B2B marketing accelerates, teams need solutions that simplify complexity rather than add to it. I’m excited to work with this team to build products that help marketers move faster, operate smarter, and deliver measurable business outcomes.”
