Today, Ingenovis Health named Lauren Pasquale Bartlett the organization’s first Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). Bartlett is responsible for leading brand strategy, and marketing and communications for Ingenovis Health and its family of brands, which include Trustaff, Fastaff, U.S. Nursing, HealthCare Support, CardioSolution and VISTA Staffing Solutions.
Ingenovis Health, formed in March 2021 through the merger of four industry-leading healthcare talent solutions companies and two subsequent acquisitions in 2022, saw a rapid increase in business and revenue throughout the first year, driven primarily by the COVID-19 pandemic, filling needs for experienced nurses, doctors and Allied professionals in hospitals and healthcare systems nationwide.

Bartlett was instrumental in design and launch of the industry-leading Ingenovis Health ACT program, which is intended to provide advocacy, career opportunities and tools to retain talent and stem the tide of clinician attrition.
In addition, her expertise in brand strategy and digital marketing enabled Ingenovis Health to realize a 300% growth in its candidate database all while launching a new brand and building an industry-leading marketing team.

Bartlett previously held leadership roles in digital media, marketing and communications at the National Football League, USA Hockey and the U.S. Olympic Committee. She graduated from the College of William and Mary and achieved graduate business certificates from the Kellogg School of Non-Profit Management at Northwestern, the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver, and the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
