Intema Solutions, a leading predictive analytics and email marketing company and a developer of eflyermaker.com, announces that their chairman Roger Plourde has offered his resignation as Executive Chairman and a director of Intema, effective immediately.

The Board has started looking for a new board member and will elect Mr. Plourde’s replacement as Chairman in the coming weeks.
