Adora, the AI-native performance marketing platform, today announced that Lauren Weinberg has joined as Board Advisor. Weinberg brings over 20 years of marketing leadership experience at scale, including serving as Chief Marketing Officer at Peloton and Square, where she led brand transformations and scaled marketing operations globally.
In her role, Weinberg will partner with CMOs, helping them navigate the rapidly growing AI-landscape with Adora at the center of their marketing operation. As AI fundamentally reshapes how brands create, test, and optimize campaigns, Lauren will play a critical role in ensuring Adora’s solutions continue to address the actual challenges Fortune 500 CMOs face and ultimately, become ubiquitous in the market.

That track record is evident across Weinberg’s career. At Square, she transformed marketing from a performance-focused function into a comprehensive brand and growth engine during a period of significant revenue growth for Square and parent company Block. This included launching Square’s first global brand campaign and scaling marketing into a global function spanning five countries.
At Peloton, she led all marketing through the brand’s post-pandemic transformation, overseeing efforts to successfully reposition perceptions of Peloton beyond the bike, while maintaining the efficiency targets required to meet the needs of the organization.

In 2022, she and Jackie Reses co-authored the book, “Self-Made Boss: Advice, Hacks, and Lessons from Small Business Owners.”
