Michelle Marian Joins DHI Group, Inc. as Chief Marketing Officer

DHI Group, Inc. (NYSE: DHX) (“DHI” or “The Company”) announced today it has hired Michelle Marian as its new Chief Marketing Officer. Based in Denver, Ms. Marian will lead DHI’s global marketing organization, with responsibility for the Company’s digital marketing strategy, demand generation and branding for its three services: Dice, eFinancialCareers and ClearanceJobs. Ms. Marian will focus on marketing efforts to grow customer acquisition, and to increase digital channel performance including SEO, email, affiliate and e-commerce. Ms. Marian will join DHI’s executive team and report directly to CEO Art Zeile.

Ms. Marian most recently managed Global Digital Marketing at Crocs, where she was responsible for driving new customer growth and a data-driven customer centric approach to e-commerce. Previously, Ms. Marian served in executive marketing leadership roles at Shopathome.com, Webroot, and Safeway, where she led digital marketing initiatives focused on customer acquisition and engagement, and building e-commerce revenue growth.
